Coastara Partner

Coastara Partner is our long-term engagement model, designed for organisations seeking consistent, embedded support across safety, workforce, and operational performance.

We work alongside your business as a trusted partner, providing ongoing guidance, capability, and strategic input that evolves with your organisation, rather than one-off or transactional support.

Who it’s for

Designed for organisations that require ongoing WHS oversight and capability, without the need for a full-time internal resource.
This model suits:
  • Small to Mid-sized organisations that need structured safety support and consistency
  • Larger organisations looking to strengthen internal teams, support peak workload periods, improve audit readiness, or enhance tender and project capability

How it works

Engagements are structured around your operational needs, providing access to a dedicated WHSEQ Advisor or Consultant on a flexible, scheduled basis.
Support can be delivered on-site and/or remotely, ensuring the right level of involvement is available when and where it is needed.
Typical arrangements range from a few days per month through to more embedded support across the working week, depending on risk profile, workload, and organisational requirements.
