From “coast” inspired by Western Australia’s coastline, symbolising stability and resilience, and “ara” meaning path or direction. A considered approach to workplace safety, risk and organisational performance.
We aren’t your run of the mill safety consultancy…
Coastara was created to bring clarity to an area often defined by complexity.
Many organisations operate with safety systems that are fragmented, overcomplicated, or disconnected from day to day operations. The result is inconsistency, uncertainty, and missed opportunities to perform at a higher level.
Coastara was built to change that.
Our focus is on simplifying safety, strengthening capability, and embedding systems that support both people and performance. The outcome is an organisation that operates with greater confidence, alignment, and control.
We have a culture that is built on Our Values
